Default question about getting drunk

my ally mentioned today that you can get max 250 points (or use 250 alcoholic drinks, don't remember tbh) in one outpost without rezoning or changing the district and then you don't get any more points.
gww says nothing about it, neither in the drunkard article nor it's discussion.

can anyone confirm or disprove that claim? is there any limit of points you can get at once from drinking without rezoning/relogging/etc?

You can get a never ending amount (up to the 10 hour disconnect mark?) if your just afking in town drinking. The zoning is about getting your drunkard minutes faster than wasting 10,000 minutes.

So if you could do the zoning glitch (haven't tried it lately) but I used to get a good 300+ minutes in about 30.

heard that if you drink the 251st point, it won't add to your title, only up to the 250th. then nothing.
so you can get as many points as you have in one sitting, with no rezoning, relogging etc?

No such thing as 10 hour disconnect mark.

I think he meant 10 hours while afk (not doing anything) d/c mark, which wouldn't apply if you're clicking alcohol anyways I don't think.

Anyways, I've never noticed a max to the number of points you can get in one sitting per zone, and if wiki doesn't mention it, it's probably not a stipulation.

I have actually heard this before. But... it may just be an unsubstantiated rumor. Better question is, unless you are using a bot, why would you ever spend 4 hours STRAIGHT drinking? I mean... it's fun in RL, but not so much in game.

Real men play RA while drinking grog.

There is no limit to the amount of drunk points you can earn in one session.

Default Drunkard 250 min?

I recall reading the 250 min "rule" on one of the wikis back when I was working on my alehound..

So whenever I got close to 250, I'd zone to an allied gh, then back to my own.

I've looked on both wikis, and that information is not on either - I suspect it was posted to the "unofficial" wiki and has since been removed. There's a disclaimer there now, so perhaps that's what went on.
